Young Women African Leaders Movement (YWALM) was established in 2007. Its mission statement is to redefine, encourage and empower emerging young African women leaders to aspire and strategically position themselves in organizational,community, and political leadership for the development of Africa. YWALM is headed by Rutendo Mudzamiri.

Women demand that there must be a quota system provided for in the Constitution put in place to ensure women's representation in decision making with a 50% target for female represetation as set out in the SADC protocol.

EDUCATION

EDUCATION
Women demand the right to free, compulsory and quality education should be guaranteed in the Constitution particularly the right to free and compulsory primary and secondary education.
